Service Support Administrator

- Basic up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus
Location: Serangoon North
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM
Salary: Basic up to $3,200 + VB (1-3 months)
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and following up on open cases.
- Maintaining and updated record of customers\' requests, robots performance, issues and resolutions in the internal system.
- Liaise with team members on deployment schedules.
- Ensure execution and reporting for onsite activities such as maintenance work is according to schedule.
- Assist in preparation of Purchase Orders
- Maintain a well-organized system for customer support documentation.
- Min. Diploma in any related fields.
- Prior experience in operations management or project coordination preferred.
- Meticulous and strong ability to multi-task.
