- Ensure the part number and quantity of items received in accordance with delivery order/note
- Endorse the delivery order/note and signed clean if no discrepancy found
- Endorse the delivery order/note and write the remark, if found any discrepancy
- Scan barcode (if any) or input the details on the goods and receive the goods in WMS
- Goods receive in SAP
- Filling all documents by date received for audit purposes
- Scan movetage to customer if there is movement of consignment ink
- Ensure there is POD on movetage prior scan to customer
- Pull report from WMS and prepare weekly/monthly ink management report
- Send weekly & monthly report to customer for review and record purposes
- Singaporeans or SPRs are welcomed to apply
- Min 1 to 2 years' experience in logistics
- Experience in SAP & WMS function will be added advantage
- Forklift License will be added advantage
- Computer Literate & Proficient in MS Office
- Health insurance
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
