Job Responsibilities . Arrange transport for picking up of workers, goods collection and/or deliveries . Liaise with drivers and arrange for servicing, repair and collection of vehicle . Liaise with mechanic and keep track of vehicle repairing and maintenance . Check and arrangements for scraping . Liaise with site and arrange for dispatch/receiving of equipment . Liaise with Vendor for service/repair/testing of equipment and vehicle . Handle incoming emails/calls and execute their logistics request . Preparing Gate Pass . Follow up with procurement on the vehicle / equipment parts required to purchase . Dispatch of documents to various location i.e HQ / Sites . Keep track of vehicle Inspection/Road Tax/Insurance . Assisting and support Material Controller on the shifting . Any other ad hoc administrative duties assignedJob Requirements. Minimum GCE N' Levels certification and above. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a workshop environment. Possess driving license and/or certification in operating other mobile equipment will be an advantage. Possess good communication skill and fluent in English language. Proficient in MS Office Excel / Word.
