Responsibilities

: " GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Logistics Assistant is in charge of receiving of goods, maintaining of goods in staging area and in ensuring proper housekeeping. He/She will report to the Supply Chain Manager. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: In charge of goods receiving, processing documentations, stage/store deliveries at warehouse, tracking and distributing materials. General maintenance and proper housekeeping of the staging area. Responsible in the load-out & packing of items being shipped. This includes ROV components and/or ROV systems assist with loading & unloading of cargos. Maintain inventory of items in warehouse and order as required. Process goods receipt & shipping manifest in the Oracle system. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the inward & outward shipping document for filing Follow up on cost of service rendered by Vendors are timely received before month end closing Secondary duties will include processing shipments of materials and equipment. This consists of confirming of delivery and liaising with shipping vendors. HSE RESPONSIBILITIES: Fulfills responsibilities under Company quality, health, safety, environmental, stop-the-job and substances abuse Zero tolerance policies and QHSE rules, regulations and procedures requirements and practice quality, health, safety, environment and welfare aspects of the company. JOB SPECIFICATION: Qualifications Minimum GCE O Level / SPM Experience At least 2 years working experience in related field Oracle experience is an added advantage Special Skills / Knowledge Computer literate Ability to multitask Proficient in written and spoken English Export shipment to IMCO/IATA packing standards/proficiency & competency necessary & essential Experience in operating 3T forklift desirable.
