Job Description
:-
- Receiving parts from suppliers and internal department.
- Issue Delivery Note to suppliers.
- Feedback and work with suppliers on Delivery Note discrepancies if any.
- Ensure DN qty accuracy.
- Work with internal department on qty discrepancies if any.
- Work with Buyer in expediting supplier on all “aging” items.
- Update internal tracking system after received from supplier and internal department.
- Ensure proper DN documentation for traceability.
- Physically fit, Secondary Qualification or equivalent.
- Good Team Player with strong sense of Responsibility.
- Possess self-motivated, positive attitude & willingness to learn.
- Relevant Warehouse/Logistics working experience is an added advantage.
- With Forklift licence.
