Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor the import shipment ETA, forward relevant documents to appointed forwarder for cargo clearance & update inventory report
- Liaise with appointed forwarder to secure vessel space once receives Sales Order from Sales department
- Liaise with internal departments (Warehouse & QC) for cargo availability & quality approval status
- Prepare incident report & monitor for the closure timeframe
- Verify supplier invoice before proceeding to create Payment Request in SAP
- Filling
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Has knowledge in using:
- Microsoft Office Excel, Words
- SAP
