WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Provide prompt and effective service to both internal and external customers
• Operate PC & RF-enabled Warehouse Management System in accordance to compliance to ensure upkeep of inventory
• Perform related inbound processes as defined by Operations Supervisor in alignment with operational Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
• Perform related outbound processes according to production schedule as defined by Operations Supervisor
• Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks and 5S duties, including cleanliness, tidiness and basic MHE maintenance
• Ensure proper handling of official documents
• Ensure operational and personal KPIs are met
• Assist in operations activity and undertake other duties as assigned
• Participate in work improvement initiatives and programs such as 5S, Kaizens, LEAN and SCA with the goal of achieving CEVA Operational Excellence standards
• Ensure CEVA Quality, Health, Safety & Environment policies and standards are executed and maintained at all times at the workplace
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least one (1) year of experience in logistics working environment
• Understands and speaks English
• Good working knowledge of inventory stock taking, storekeeping function and administration
• A valid Singapore forklift license is an advantage to have
• Experience in handling dangerous goods, hazardous materials will be an advantage
• Experience in the aerospace industry will be an advantage
• Physically fit
• Able to manually handle cargo of weight up to 12kg
