Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all inventories are store in their respective location with proper labelling
• Maintenance of batch number and expiry date of products
• Monitoring stock position and reporting of low stock item and discrepancies
• Posting off daily incoming/outgoing goods in stock card
• Preparation of local & export deliveries
• Ensure accuracy on quantity for all outgoing deliveries.
• Quality check for all incoming shipment and finish goods \xe2\x80\x93 affixing of security seal, boxing of product, batch number/expiry date stickers, distributed stickers and bar-code etc.
• Ensuring FIFO for all item mark with batch and expiry date
• Maintaining the store in proper condition in accordance to SOP
• Monitor and record room temperature & maintain of cleanliness of stock
• Submit weekly movement record and report of slow moving stock - more focus on disposal, packaging material and consumable items
• Received and inspection of incoming shipment, 100% check accordingly to incoming document such as quantity, quality, batch and expiry date.
• Labelling of all incoming shipment \xe2\x80\x93 prepare product label on all items. (Label affix outside of carton boxes, bulk material etc.)
• Preparation of export packing materials as per works order
• Ensure separate storage of Non-conformance and return products
• Ensure store\xe2\x80\x99s machinery and packaging in proper condition and proper handling.
• Prepare Performa invoice and printing for Bar Code labels
• Ensure all carton boxes are properly mark and indicated
• Back up inspection for return products from outlet \xe2\x80\x93 e.g.: colour content of the product, external bottle of the product and sealing in tag
• Hands on and assist in house production
• Assist in quarterly stock take.
• Other projects assigned by the management
  

• Diploma in Logisitics / Warehousing management
• Candidates with at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the pharmaceutical/medical/skincare industry will be an added advantage
• Senior roles will be offered to candidate with more experience
