Responsibilities:
Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
Manage spare parts and material handling activities such as checking stock availability, preparing documentation, and coordinating deliveries.
Support packing, crating, and shipment arrangements, ensuring goods are prepared and loaded safely and accurately.
Maintain warehouse records, update inventory systems, and assist in stock-taking and inventory control.
Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery schedules.
Prepare and process documentation related to deliveries, packing lists, and shipment records.
Assist in warehouse organization, labelling, and upkeep of storage areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift) where required.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures during all warehouse activities.
Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
Forklift license preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
Familiar with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP)
Physically fit, hands-on, and comfortable with warehouse and loading activities
Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
