Job Title: Logistics Assistant (Warehouse)
Industry: Chemical / Biochemical / Petrochemical
Salary: SGD 2300 - 3300
Location: South West, Singapore

About Company:
Our client was established in 1997. A wholly owned subsidiary of a major chemical company in Japan. They produce Super-Pure Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide for the semiconductor industry.

:
- Reports to the Logistics Supervisor/Officer/Section Manager.- Store finished goods on the racking system in an organized manner.- Conducts visual inspection for all incoming and outgoing goods. Report if defects or abnormalities found.- Prepare goods for shipment. Scan the serial number of the drums, paste of shipping mark and prepare the good by placing at the awaiting shipment area.- Loading/unloading of import/export container.- Inspection of container by taking photos of container and trucks for shipment.- Charging of battery for all equipment.- Refuel the diesel forklift whenever needed- Inspect forklift in according to the check sheet- Assist in the delivery and discharge of chemicals, including loading and unloading of chemicals, collection and delivery of empty used containers go and from/at customer site, when required. - Conduct proper housekeeping at the warehouse vicinity. - Conduct traffic control and safety of incoming and outgoing vehicles for shipment and deliveries.- Drive the truck for transfer of any materials between company\'s premise and off-site warehouses when required.- Deliver finished goods to customer site by truck when required.- Ensure proper operation of truck and delivery of goods. Carry out safety checks and housekeeping for truck.- Operate Prime Mover to shift, arrange and delivery to customer of arrangement of Iso-tankers.- Provide assistance to production department in unloading of raw materials and containers.- Strictly adhere to EHS and QMS procedures in all aspects of activities.

Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years working experience in Warehouse environment- Possesses Forklift driving license- Class 4 driving license is an added advantage- Able to communicate in simple English

Compensation:
- Contract will be converted to perm or renewable- Monday to Friday 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm- Uniform will be provided- Medical, hospitalization and dental benefits- Transport allowance- Annual leave- Contract completion bonus (1 month of basic salary)
