Arrange shipment collection with customers and internal teams
Track and monitor shipment status, keeping customers informed
Documentation and Compliance
Prepare full sets of shipping documents
Ensure compliance with international regulations and IATA rules
Update shipment data in cargo management systems
Customer Service
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates
Generate competitive quotations for clients
Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Operational Efficiency
Coordinate with various departments, including sales and operations
Implement improvements to enhance service capabilities
Monitor progress to achieve monthly targets

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
