Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To plan trucking jobs to drivers and ensure execution of jobs meet customer’s requirements.
- To execute daily planning and to oversee all trucking operation and related matters.
- To maintain good customer service at all times.
- To assist drivers in resolving operations issues.
- To manage drivers daily performance, tracking, incentives etc.
- Attends to customer service feedbacks on trucking issues.
- Liaise with Fleet Management team for equipment matters.
- Ensure maximized productivity and minimized costs.
- Provides timely feedback to manager / executive regarding challenges or customer’s concerns.
- Follow up customer’s needs, feedbacks and complaints; and ensure customers are attended promptly and accordingly.
- Reports on accident matters to operation manager / executive and arrange drivers for interview.
- Liaise with work shop on vehicle repairs and servicing
- To maintain Vehicles and other equipment’s repair and maintenance records.
- Able to work under fast paced working environment & culture
- A Good team player and positive working attitude
- Require to converse in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft office & Outlook
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year in relevant operations experience
