Job Description


Logistics Coordinator

  • Track deliveries - incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Prepare and maintain documents - packing list, invoices, insurance, BL, DN
  • Ordering stocks - assist to source and procure vendors, parts and materials

Our client is a renowned global leader with an extensive presence in Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong, boasting the largest deployments of inspection and security robots and we are on a lookout for a talented Logistics Coordinator to join this dynamic team. As the key logistics personnel, you\'ll play a crucial role in tracking deliveries, processing orders and ordering stocks.

Location: Serangoon North

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

Salary: Basic up to $3,000 + VB (1-3 months)

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring smooth shipments (inbound and outbound)
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for scheduling
  • Work with production teams to source and procure vendors for parts and materials needed
  • Ensure smooth warehouse operations - receiving, checking, QA/QC
  • Maintain documents - packing lists, invoices, insurance, BL, DN
Requirements
  • Min. Nitec/Diploma in logistics, purchasing, supply chain management or any other similar field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain management
