Logistics Coordinator
- Coordinate with 3PL for shipment arrangements
- Process and compile shipment documentations
- Travel for half-day business trips (quarterly) to Malaysia
Location: Suntec
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM (with 1 day WFH and flexible hours)
Salary: Basic up to $3,200 + $180 transport allowance + VB (min. 2 months)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with 3PL for shipment arrangements
- Preparation and compilation of shipment documents
- Generate and record monthly internal reports
- Travel for half-day business trip(s) quarterly to warehouse in Malaysia with manager
- Min. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other similar field
- Preferably with familiarity in Shipping documents, SAP and Incoterms
- Open to fresh graduates with interest in supply chain management
