Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer orders and route them accordingly
Address customer inquiries regarding shipments, including tracking, routings, quotations, and booking confirmations promptly
Manage import and export shipment documentation for Singapore and the APAC region
Utilize Transportation Management System (TMS) and Cargowise (C1) for order processing
Coordinate shipments and manage operational requirements
Complete documentation for local airfreight import and export. (Training will be provided)
Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
