Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of coordinators and associates to deliver administrative support for Operations
• Manage order processing, and prepare and maintain reports, files, and records related to operations, correspondence, plans, and expenses
• Assist with coordinating and preparing necessary documentation for cargo movement
• Perform tracking and tracing tasks, and support daily warehouse operations, administrative activities, and communication
• Work closely with external partners to ensure smooth shipment processing
• Communicate with customers and address their inquiries
• Handle any additional administrative or ad-hoc tasks as required
• Perform regular ESD testing on equipment such as shelving, carts, and workbenches
• Conduct ESD sensitivity assessments to evaluate the vulnerability of devices to electrostatic discharge
• Operate various ESD testing tools, including ESD guns, probes, and simulators
• Accurately and thoroughly document test results
• Keep calibration records for all ESD testing equipment up to date

Job Requirement(s):

• Possess Nitec in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry
• IT Savvy
