Adecco is partnering with our client, a global logistics services company who is seeking for talents to join their business as a Logistics Coordinator. This role requires candidates with a proven track record in customer service and the ability to interact with customers & validate export documents. Job Details: * Location: Alps Avenue (Transport provided at Tampines & Tanah Merah) * Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 5.30pm & Alt Sat, 9am to 1pm * Salary: Up to $3500 + AWS + VB

Job Details:

• Location: Alps Avenue (Transport provided at Tampines & Tanah Merah)
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 5.30pm & Alt Sat, 9am to 1pm
• Salary: Up to $3500 + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaising directly with customers and attend to incoming calls from them.
• Ensuring prompt submission of flight details to customers.
• Verifying compliance of export documents when processing work orders.
• Timely application of the appropriate export permits and customs processes.
• Monitoring onboard status and promptly informing customers of any irregularities.
• Maintaining effective communication among relevant departments, such as Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning.
• Ensuring that Airfreight rates applied is correct and updated.
• Staying informed and updated on new changes and requirements from airlines and government authorities.
• Submitting monthly customer reports to the relevant parties.

Requirements:

• Minimum O Level required
• Relevant customer service experience in the logistics industry would be advantageous
