Job Description

We are seeking candidates who have a passion and interest to learn in-depth about supply chain! Job scope:
-Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier &
freight forwarders etc)
-Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule
arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc.
-Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
-May be required to travel on case by case basis (F2F meeting or remote meeting)
-Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
-Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost) Requirements:
-Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
-Good Teamwork
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Good Time Management skills and accuracy in work
-Good Problem Solving Skills
-Basic Knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
-Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
-Candidates who do not have sufficient relevant experience may be considered as long
as they possess a willing to learn attitude.
-Candidates must be able to converse and write basic Chinese to liaise with Chinese
speaking customers.
-Candidates must be comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel. Notes:
1. Working Hours: 5 days work \xe2\x80\x93 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm.
2. Location: West

4. Salary - Up to $3,800 (with experience). Salary will be subject to qualifications and
experience.
