• Managing daily and dashboard report for kitting material, layout progress, receiving, issuing and inventory in and out of the warehouse.
• Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate issuing of engine spares required to process job accurately.
• Issuing hardware and subassembly details to assembly service order using SAP, layout sheet and etc.
• Ensure switching form are submitted before retrieval by Operations/Planner. Perform daily milk run.
• Receipt of serviceable engine spares from inspection \xe2\x80\x93 Cycle 1 & Cycle 2 Disseminate subcontract parts to respective section upon engine release \xe2\x80\x93 Cycle 2
• Coordinate and packing of engine spares to the warehouse.
• Coordinate and packing of engine spares to customer, update tasklog, provide weight and dimension of cargo and provide inventory listing to the ROS team, Planner and Logistics/Kitting supervisor.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Perform daily 6S.
• Work in accordance with accepted safe and environmental practices
• Report unsafe conditions and practices
• Observe safety rules and procedures
• Make safety suggestions

• GCE \xe2\x80\x9cN/O\xe2\x80\x9d or Diploma in Supply Chain with 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience
• Is a team player, result-oriented and self-motivated
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills (English), spoken and written
• Must be resourceful, proactive and possess a sense of initiative
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Background in Continuous Improvements and related aviation MRO experience would be an asset
