Job Responsibilities

Update and maintain inventory of scaffold materials for warehouse and job sites
Liaise with site coordinators on their forecasts and requirements and ensure that materials are ready for use based on the site\xe2\x80\x99s request.
Work closely with Scaffold Service Supervisor and update him/her on what needs materials are needed urgently so that the Supervisor can make plans for the service schedule
Liaise with Logistics Coordinator (Vehicle) to arrange for the transportation of scaffold materials
Tabulate inventory and submit monthly reports to Finance

Job Requirements

Minimum NiTEC/Diploma in any field
Able to work in fast pace environment
Able to work individually and as a team
Prior knowledge of Scaffolding is an added advantage
May be required to stand in as Logistics Coordinator (Vehicle) or driver as and when required to
Assist with other roles within the Logistics Department
