Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipment in warehouse for collection, including preparing shipping documents
• Liaison with warehouse on preparation for cargo collection
• Prepare packing list and check for required information such as Harmonised System (HS) Codes and Country of Origin and fulfil other requirements for instance photos of material, name plate of motor
• Alert shipment notification in advance to customer and team of order readiness on ship to location
• Monitor and follow up on collection of existing order
• Verify invoices related to warehouse, freight forwarders, transporters, courier services and cargo insurance agent to be submitted to accounts department for payment
• Observe safe warehouse practices and security
• Perform any other tasks from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain management or equivalent with 2 years of proven experience as Logistics Coordinator
• Knowledge with SAP System
• Passion in Customer Service and resolve issues arising from late deliveries, customer complaints
• Able to work Overtime on weekend / during Month-end closing
• Team player with initiative and willing to take on responsibilities
