Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues related to shipped orders for customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a cycle count program
- Collaborate with Production and Customer Service teams for timely delivery
- Manage inventory and supplies, create requisitions, receive and store goods, secure warehouse
- Ensure accurate shipping and receiving documentation, track unfilled orders and invoicing, prepare monthly reports
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by company
- Relevant experience in shipping or logistics role
- Experience using Accpac (Sage300) and preparing shipping documents
- Good knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Working location: Ubi
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Monday to Friday
