Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Resolve any issues related to shipped orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate warehouse and consignment inventory records using a cycle count program.
- Collaborate closely with the Production and Customer Service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Manage inventory and supplies by creating requisitions, receiving and storing goods, and securing the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate shipping and receiving documentation, track unfilled orders and invoicing, and prepare monthly reports for management.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the company.
- With relevant working experience in shipping or logistics role in related industry
- Good experience in using Accpac (Sage300) and preparing shipping documents
- Good knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures
- Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Working location: Ubi
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
