Job Responsibilities
:
As a Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Executive, you will play a vital role in managing communication and documentation across the global logistics chain. Responsibilities include:
Liaising with overseas offices, agents, shipping companies, and clients
Responding to inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
Preparing and organizing shipping documentation and ensuring proper filing
Coordinating and following up on shipment orders and logistics activities
Supporting daily operations and cross-functional tasks as required
Requirements
:
Diploma in any relevant discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
English communication proficiency at working level (minimum 6/10)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Open to fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Hours
:
Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM
or
7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:45 AM - 1:00 PM
Rest Days
: 7.5 days per month
During probation: alternate Saturdays off
After confirmation: required to work only one Saturday per month
