Logistics Customer Service Officer Job Highlights: * Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.45pm (Subject to Location) * Location: Clementi Tuas Pioneer Available * Salary range: $2,600 Logistics Customer Service Officer Job Highlights: Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.45pm (Subject to Location) Location: Clementi Tuas Pioneer Available Salary range: $2,600 - $2,800 (Based on Experience) Transport Allowance Provided UP$500 or Transport Provided Subject to Location Annual Leave Starting from 14 Days Leading Logistics Company : Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders & warehouse for shipment readiness and delivery schedules Prepare and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery Assist & update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules Liaise with warehouse for shipments Prepare monthly reports for KPI Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Min GCE 'O' Level with 1 year of relevant experience in related field Basic understanding on shipping & warehousing knowledge Good interpersonal skill & customer service oriented Working location: Tuas (Transportation Provided.)
