Job Description
Responsibilities\xef\xbb\xbf
- Keep track of import or export shipment and process.
- Provide documentation governance for submission, filing and audit purpose
- Liaise with clients for enquiries
- Handle customer feedback and escalate internal for action and resolution.
- Arranging transportation on goods delivery and collection.
- Capacity planning for logistics resources in transportation
- Generate relevant documents from system for delivery purpose.
- All relevant document filling mailing and upload to customer web portal
- Update and compile logistics related report.
Requirements:
- Minimum \'O\' level and above
- At least 3 years of related experience in warehouse and inventory.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics will be an advantage
