Job Description

• Manage day to day logistics hub operations

• Demonstrate workplace safety protocol in order to create a safe working environment

• Lead and drive for continuous improvement in materials flow, manning, space and inventory management, fleet management

• Perform risk assessment together with HSE department and ensure safety first for operation

• Manage data through a combination of data mining, modeling and analysis (cost-benefit analysis, problem analysis, etc.)

• Management of inbound/outbound operations to optimize space and inventory management

• Report key performance indices on a regular basis

• Process improvement and optimization;

• Assist in the communications of SOPs and service excellence to all employees and propose / implement improvement among the team .

• Coach, mentor and provide guidance to team

• Proactive approach, able to facilitate effective delivery/outcomes from own and others effort

• Work with the Facilities team to continuously improve the office environment and facilities.

• Work with senior stakeholders to identify business needs and find solutions.

• Attending all stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 meetings.

• Assess, manage, and develop an effective individual performance development plan for the team while ensuring alignment of resources with business needs.

• Direct engagement with stakeholders and end users which includes regular and adhoc engagements within structured meetings, workgroups and project teams.

• Provide regular reports and provide updates to customer

• Work closely with Sale teams, supporting alignment of processes and procedures;

• Be the main point-of contact for issues on operations.

• Conduct and oversee audits of logistics teams;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality assurance and management;

• Evaluate and review performance, in order to drive cost and service improvement initiatives;

• Lead continual review of safety standards and ensure compliance;

• Support logistics service offerings and accounts.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience

• Experience in a supervisory position ( 5 persons ) in Warehouse operations.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast \xe2\x80\x93paced environments and work under pressure

• IT Savy

• Good command of English to present and communicate with customer / vendor

• Good attitude and communication skills
