• Liaise with Sales, Customer, Production and QC to process local or export orders to all countries.
• Review export L/C to ensure the terms are as according to Pro-forma Invoice and request amendments if required.
• Follow up with Sales, Customer and Finance on the payment related matters as and when required prior shipping arrangement.
• Arrange FCL, LCL or air freight bookings with the logistics service providers and advise the vessel details to customer.
• Arrange transportation for local and export orders, and ensure timely shipments by hauler.
• For Dangerous Goods shipments, follow-up with forwarder or carrier for PM4 approval, and liaise with hauler for container trucking upon DG approved.
• Issue Packing List to Warehouse for local and export shipments.
• Liaise with internal and external customers on customer inquiries or requests and shipment co-ordination, and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of all shipping documents.
• Participate in annual stock take.
• Other admin tasks e.g. filing, arrange local and overseas courier service etc.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent with minimum 3 to 5 years\' relevant experience in manufacturing industry
• Well verse in shipping documentations and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in DG documentations will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Navision System will be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with cross-functional team
• Ability to multi-task under fast paced environment
