Adecco is partnering an Luxury Retail client and we are currently looking for a Logistics Executive to join their business. This position requires the incumbent to handle logistics coordination between boutiques for all air import/export matters.

Job scope:

• Handle full spectrum of retailers\' and boutiques sales documents
• Monitor fulfilment of shipment or receipt of goods, such as issuance of import/export license and duties/tariff documents
• Track and ensure accuracy of inventories
• Ensure shipments on purchases are accurate and reconciled against shipment invoices
• Maintain quality control on new shipments as according to headquarter guidelines
• To keep logistic costs for delivery competitive at all times
• Work with forwarders on delivery and shipment processing while ensuring documents are well-prepared
• Perform weekly, monthly and yearly inventory stock count
• Coordinate on product repair shipments and ordering of spare parts

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in logistics for luxury retail/consumer goods is an added advantage
• Ensure compliance with all customs regulations (local, national and international regulations)
• Master the complete process of inbound and outbound air shipment, in order to ensure work flow at all times
• Independent worker, able to make rational decision and be a good mentor/team lead
• Collaboration and Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
