Job Info:
- Salary: Basic from $2500 - $3500 + Transport Allowance + AWS + VB
- Working Hour: 5.5 Days; Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm), Alt Saturday (8:30am - 12:30pm)
- Location: West (Company transport pick up at Pioneer MRT back and forth)
- Freight Forwarding Company
- Facilitate daily warehouse operations by monitoring and coordinating deliveries and shipments
- Prepare all necessary shipping documents for both import and export processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment arrangements
- Assist customers and suppliers with inquiries via phone and email
- Ensure timely completion of all inventory transactions and maintain accurate stock records
- Organize and maintain various documentation, such as delivery orders, shipping documents, and inventory records
- Plan and execute periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Counts following company SOP
- Generate and submit routine reports on warehouse usage, inventory status, stock movements, and other relevant matters for management evaluation
- Maintain accurate billing data for monthly invoicing
- Oversee the upkeep of office areas to ensure a well-maintained workspace
- Perform any other duties as directed by superiors
