The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a global leader in water filtration solutions and we are seeking a talented individual to join their business as a Logistics Executive. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the successful incumbent will lead a team of 2 store assistants on daily warehousing activities, overseeing the movement and tracking of finished products and raw materials, and improving the operations of material flow.

• Work location: Tuas (company transport available from Jurong East)
• Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
• Salary: up to $4,800 + AWS

The Job:

• Coordinate and follow up on incoming & outgoing shipments and deliveries with suppliers, forwarders and key customers.
• Liaise with forwarders and 3PL on shipment coordination.
• Oversee and manage daily warehouse activities.
• Perform order fulfillment, including order tracking, generating invoices and following up on billings.
• Provide general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, generating reports and documentation.
• Generate non-stock purchase order.
• Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors when necessary.

The Talent:

• Min. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
• Minimum 3 year of working experience in warehouse management, prior experience in leading a team.
• Strong communication skills, ability to liaise with stakeholders.
