Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- To create shipping documents for Incoming / Outgoing / Drop-shipments (Commercial Invoice / Packing List / Delivery Note)
- To coordinate with Freight Forwarders for shipment of Incoming and Outgoing Material
- To coordinate for Quality Checks of Incoming and Outgoing Material
- To handle packing/repacking, sorting and manage and store parts carefully to ensure accuracy and eliminate discrepancy and damaging of parts
- To participate in the monthly inventory cycle count
- To perform physical material check and SAP system entry for Incoming Goods Receiving and Outgoing Material Issuance
- To ensure accuracy of data in SAP System and transactions / material storage locations are up to date
- To operate reach truck / forklift within the warehouse for loading and unloading activities
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and \xe2\x80\x9cSAP By Design\xe2\x80\x9d operating system
- Experience in managing freight forwarders and warehouse operations will be advantageous
- Possessing forklift and Class 3 driving license will be advantageous
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight timelines
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
