• Sea waybill / land waybill / air waybill
• Invoice
• Packing list
• Bill of lading
• Certificate of origin
• Export import customs declaration
• Letter of credit

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling exports/shipping operations to global markets.
• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories/customers/service provider.
• Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange GST supporting documents and submit to accounting department.
• Verify service provider bills.
• Strive to meet monthly KPI targets.
• Support manager in reporting and data analytics.
• Support manager/team leader in PowerPoint preparation.
• Job coverage during colleagues\' absence (buddy system).
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or related discipline.
• Good experience in prepare shipping documents
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in logistics and/or shipping industry.
• Must from in-house logistics
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience in Power BI and analytics will be an added advantage.
• Experience in managing a team preferred but not necessary.
