Job Description

:

• Ensure efficient movement of goods and materials within the organization.
• Coordinate logistics, supply chain processes, and operational support.
• Plan, manage, and oversee transportation of goods for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to optimize processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for stock maintenance.
• Execute shipping and receiving tasks, including order processing and documentation.
• Coordinate procurement activities based on product requirements.
• Collaborate with production and sales to align inventory with demand.
• Manage third-party carriers, negotiate rates, and oversee shipments.
• Prepare accurate shipping documents and maintain compliance.
• Address logistics challenges and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and cost reduction strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or any related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics business
• Possess Forklift Licence
• PC literate and proficient in MS Office
• Good working attitude and coordination skills
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player
