  • Liaise with customers to ensure all shipments\xe2\x80\x99 orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with oversea office for shipment arrangement to ensure shipments handling properly and efficientlyLiaising with ocean carriers, airlines, forwarding partners on schedules, bookings, pick-ups etc.
  • Ensure all invoicing to customers and inter-companies are in compliance with the company guidelines within required timeline
  • Handling Air/Ocean freight Import or Export documents (both Mawb & Hawb level as well as HBL & MBL)Handle full set of Air/Ocean Export documents
  • System data entry \xe2\x80\x93 Cargowise experiences will be an added advantage
  • Follow up on shipment status and updating all stakeholders timely
  • Responsible for daily inquiry related to external and internal parties
  • Investigating root-cause in case of operational issues and services failures and to provide improvement/solutions to customers
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior
Requirements
  • Diploma or above (Those with good experiences but less education qualifications may be considered)
  • At least 2 year\xe2\x80\x99s related working experience, preferably well-versed in import/export compliance
  • Proficiency in PC applications including Ms word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Able to work overtime/weekends when required and work under pressure.
  • Reliable, Intelligent and highly efficient
  • Must be a TEAM PLAYER
  • Only Singaporean and PR needs apply.
