Job Description
Custom Brokerage/Declaring Agent- Office located at East side, around Changi area.- Desk bound job.- Complete Declaration at stipulated rate per day and per hour with full compliance.- Maintain account assigned for exception declarations.- Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process the customs clearance- Respond to phone and email enquiries on brokerage- related services- Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers timelinesRequirements:- Able to start work immediately- 5.5 working day, alternate Saturday- Possess good work ethics and positive attitude- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment- Knowledge in Mircosoft Excel is a must- Expect overtime on a regular basisBenefits:- Medical Benefits- Yearly Increment- We have one of the highest increment percentage rates in Singapore.
