Responsibilities-Learn about warehouse operation process-Support warehouse improvement projects management (i.e MRP optimization to optimize inventory level)-Support video documentation of warehouse processes-To learn and assist Logistic Executives for Inbound, Outbound and Warehouse on their daily operations.-To learn and assist in the timely implementation, management, communication & sharing of continuous improvement and digitalization process.-Management of work-order for spares preservation-Supervise cycle count and annual stock take activities-Reclassification of spares from inventory to strategic-Assist in goods receipt & issuing-Inventory space designing, planning and coordinationRequirements-Background in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or equivalent-Good safety awareness-Active listening and learning skills-Coordination skills-Good judgment and decision making skills-Time management skillsWorking Location: Jurong Island - Transport is provided to & fro MRT Stations (Jurong East / Boon Lay / Woodlands / Admiralty / Sengkang / Bishan / Tampines / Bedok / Outram Park)Application InstructionsPlease apply for this position by writing in to .Kindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
