Job Description

We are currently working with a Global Real Estate Firm who is seeking a manager for their logistics investment department. The manager will be involved in the REIT\'s investment and divestment activities as well as redevelopment projects.Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute investment and divestment strategies, focusing on business opportunities within the Asia Pacific region.- Identify and pursue potential investments, including asset and company acquisitions, while also managing the divestment of identified assets.- Structure and negotiate the closure of investment and divestment deals.- Enhance the growth of the real estate portfolio by fostering relationships and supporting the initiation of new investments and business ventures.- Oversee the entire investment and divestment process, including deal origination, research, evaluation, structuring, financial analysis, financial modelling, negotiation, and execution.- Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, industry conditions, competitor activities, business models, and financial metrics.- Perform commercial and financial due diligence.- Prepare investment committee papers to present opportunities to the board and investment committee.- Create management reports and board materials for presentation to the board and investment committee.- Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates to the investment committee.- Lead and manage the redevelopment of existing assets to enhance revenue.- Coordinate and oversee the annual valuation exercise for the entire portfolio.Requirements:- Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in regional real estate investments.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling are crucial.- Knowledge of financial products, business development, or development management experience, with a focus on logistics properties investment being advantageous.- Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrate initiative, possess strong business and financial acumen, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.If you are interested, apply online today.
