Our client, a leading logistics provider specialising in third-party logistics (3PL) solutions is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee operations and deliver exceptional service to its clients. This opportunity offers exposure to diverse industries and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day 3PL operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.

- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring service excellence.

- Implement process improvements to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

- Monitor KPIs and operational performance, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.

- Lead and mentor logistics teams, fostering accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

Requirements:

- Minimum education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience working in a 3PL company with hands-on knowledge of third-party logistics operations.

- Strong understanding of supply chain management, warehousing, and transportation processes.

- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in logistics software and digital tools is an advantage.
