Job Description
Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Logistics industry. They are looking for a Logistics Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible. This Logistics Manager would be responsible for :
- Responsible for overall warehousing operations
- Responsible in developing and maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction through efficient management of warehouse operations, system and service providers
- Responsible to meet operations KPI and improve on customer\xe2\x80\x99s feedback
- Responsible in developing and reviewing SOP
- Responsible for exploring new ideas to enhance the current process
- Responsible for contributing to adding value to all service in conjunction with directions, establish performance standards, and measurements in cost-saving and cost-effectiveness
- In charge of budget management
- In charge of troubleshooting warehouse and operations issues
- Responsible for training the workforce and supervisors and seek continuous improvement
- In charge of recruiting of staff
- In charge of sourcing of new vendors and managing existing vendors
- Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics or relevant studies.
- Prior Experience in 3PL management, 3PL operations, and leadership.
