Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Bridge communications across management team and operational team to improve new or existing supply chain and logistics strategy for long, medium and short-term plan.
• Achieve AAC Technologies\xe2\x80\x99 corporate objective to achieve competitiveness with land transportation products by improving existing land transportation and clearing network
• Continuously improve the lean level of the transportation line, improve the utilization efficiency of the line transportation capacity, and reduce the transportation cost;
• Responsible for the coordinated planning and comprehensive application of various transportation modes.
• Continuous improvement and performance appraisal; identifying bottleneck and problems (systems, processes, standards, responsibilities, etc.), and providing feasible systematic improvement suggestions; master the key KPI control and improvement methods of capacity management;
• Standardization improvement and information management; able to design and implement process, structure, position, and performance standardization; able to sort out information system requirements and communicate with IT technicians.
  

• Minimum Bachelors in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business with at least 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing/Electronics Industry
• Able to work independently and has prior experience in working with regional counterparts and vendors
• Prior experience in freight forwarding is highly preferred
