Based in Singapore, this role will liaise in spoken and written Mandarin with the operations team in China.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Logistics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure seamless and efficient processes across multiple regions. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for various aspects of inventory management, order processing, shipping, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Inventory Management of all SKUs and ensure accurate stock levels at all times.
2. Manage BOM assembly and deassembly processes to support production and inventory management efficiently.
3. Utilize the Cin7 Core system to create and manage Purchase Orders, Stock Received, Sales Quotations, Sales Orders, and Sales Invoices accurately and efficiently.
4. Prepare error-free Invoice, Packing List, AWB, and Bill of Lading documents in English to ensure smooth shipping and compliance.
5. Coordinate and provide instructions to warehouse management teams in various stock hubs for inbound and outbound goods movement.
6. Develop and enforce a strong logistics workflow process.
7. Provide excellent customer service communication by promptly responding to emails and addressing customer inquiries related to logistics.
8. Ensure timely payment status adherence with internal calendars.
9. Demonstrate strong knowledge and expertise in managing inventory levels and conducting stock-takes across our global stock hubs.
10. Implement measures to minimize logistics costs while maintaining service levels.
11. Support cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and replenishment processes.
12. Collaborate with the Finance Team to close month-end sales and provide insights supporting the GM% analysis.
13. Support Finance Team in providing backup data to auditors for audit requirements.
14. Maintain proper bookkeeping of all documents for purchases and sales in accordance with company standards and audit requirements.
15. Update the management team with MTD Sales Reports to facilitate decision-making.
16. Manage products\' production and movement via the ERP system, preferably with knowledge of the Cin7 Core inventory system.
17. Coordinate local samples by arranging Grab Express as needed.
18. Collaborate with the Creative Design Team to ensure approved artwork and correct designs are submitted to vendors for printing.
19. Organize and dispatch samples using courier services such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
20. Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping at our co-warehouse office in Keppel.
21. Demonstrate adaptability to our company\'s inventory system and willingness to learn continuously.
22. Create and update SKUs for newly developed engineering products to meet company and customer goals.
23. Be willing to travel to Keppel for hands-on tasks such as hardware assembling, packing, and dispatching via courier service.
24. Coordinate and dispatch non-inventory-related shipments and samples via courier services.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or a similar role with a track record of successful logistics management.
3. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages for effective communication with Logistics Team members in China.
4. Excellent knowledge of BOM assembly and deassembly processes.
5. Strong understanding of inventory management, order processing, and shipping procedures.
6. Familiarity with Cin7 Core or other ERP systems.
7. Proficient in using courier services like FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
8. Ability to travel and perform hands-on tasks when required.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
11. Ability to adapt quickly to changes and meet tight deadlines.
