Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation and warehouse activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality management protocols.
Develop and implement strategic plans for logistics, warehouse management, transportation, and customer services.
Manage day-to-day stock operations in the system, including inbound/outbound stock, stock movements, and shipment processes.
Conduct monthly stock counts and manage stock inbound processes.
Act as a liaison between the head office and warehouses in other countries to facilitate logistics operations.
Handle phone calls and email inquiries from internal and external customers regarding order inquiries.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Outlook and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc.).
