Job Description


  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation and warehouse activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality management protocols.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for logistics, warehouse management, transportation, and customer services.
  • Manage day-to-day stock operations in the system, including inbound/outbound stock, stock movements, and shipment processes.
  • Conduct monthly stock counts and manage stock inbound processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the head office and warehouses in other countries to facilitate logistics operations.
  • Handle phone calls and email inquiries from internal and external customers regarding order inquiries.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Ability to manage ad-hoc tasks and new projects.
  • Strong communication skills.
