Job Description
- Position : Logistics Officer- (Logistics SIMPLE DUTIES - Import/ Export/ Admin) - Jurong
- Location : Jurong Logistics Hub (Nearest MRT: Boon Lay & Jurong MRT)
- Working hours : 5 days a week, Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 6 pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + AWS
- Industry : Manufacturing / (SME)
- Quotation to agent & shipper
- Prepare documents for import/export
- To input stocks into system including all stock inventory
- Manage the country agent - he/she is assigned to.
- Able to work with people from other dept.
- Coordinate Lorry schedule
- Assist Manager in daily admin ad hoc duties
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Training will be provided
- O level above
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
