Job Description
$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting the Transport Manager and Logistics Executive in managing the assigned customer operations.
- Coordinate with Transport Manager and Logistics Executive to ensure customer’s orders are delivered correctly and on time.
- Provide customer service support on delivery operations issues.
- Updating of company transport management system
- Submit daily reports on a timely basis according to customer’s requirements
- Prepare monthly billing to customers
- Investigate root-cause of delivery incidents and service failures, make recommendation to Management for improvements
- Involve in related IT/ process improvement projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
