Job Description


What will you deliver?

  • Manage incoming stock in the system by verifying the count, printing labels, transferring inventory to its location.
  • Manage daily pick list reports, stock movement in the ERP, and reorder as needed.
  • Ensure warehouse personnel submits the right documents for daily operation transactions.
  • To manage invoice, quotation and physical cross border trucking, import & export via airport & seaport and coordinate with 3PL.
  • Input inventory data in the ERP, create or maintain stock movement to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Support stock take and other logistics projects.
  • Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
Ensure compliance with Vallen\xe2\x80\x99s operations policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or related discipline
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience in working with and delivering to cross-functional partners
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines
  • Good organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge in warehouse operations and WMS & ERP system
  • Knowledge in Microsoft application
  • Knowledge in Freight, Transportation, Import & Export
  • Experience in dealing with 3PL, CrimsonLogic, Customs and International Trade Compliance
