Job Description
What will you deliver?
- Manage incoming stock in the system by verifying the count, printing labels, transferring inventory to its location.
- Manage daily pick list reports, stock movement in the ERP, and reorder as needed.
- Ensure warehouse personnel submits the right documents for daily operation transactions.
- To manage invoice, quotation and physical cross border trucking, import & export via airport & seaport and coordinate with 3PL.
- Input inventory data in the ERP, create or maintain stock movement to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support stock take and other logistics projects.
- Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
Key Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or related discipline
- Good Excel skills
- Experience in working with and delivering to cross-functional partners
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines
- Good organizational skills
- Basic knowledge in warehouse operations and WMS & ERP system
- Knowledge in Microsoft application
- Knowledge in Freight, Transportation, Import & Export
- Experience in dealing with 3PL, CrimsonLogic, Customs and International Trade Compliance
