Job Description


We are looking for a Logistics Officer for the Distribution Centre department. This person will support the administration of the warehouse and logistics operations. He/She also assist to liaise with internal and external parties regarding the day-to-day shipments.

  • Coordination with various divisions to support the daily logistics and distribution operations.
  • Communicate and liaise with various internal and external parties pertaining to incoming and outgoing shipments/orders.
  • Ensure systems transaction are transacted on time and according to SOP.
  • Ensure all orders and documents are efficiently filed.
  • Support Supervisor or Team Leader on ensuring orders fulfilment.
  • Generate reports for analysis.
  • Perform general admin duties.
  • Responsible for procurement of non-trade items.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least O-Level.
  • Min 1 year Experience in Warehouse/Logistics and/or with ERP & WMS system is preferred.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office.
  • This person is preferred to speak Mandarin as our overseas intermediaries are likely to use Mandarin.
