Role Overview:



As we are expanding operations in Singapore and Middle East, we will need a Logistics Operation Manager will be pivotal in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end logistics operations of Philip Logistics Pte. Ltd. This role demands strategic planning, operational excellence, and a strong understanding of international logistics to ensure seamless supply chain management from China to global destinations. The manager will focus on maintaining high service standards, managing costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.





Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage the entire logistics process, from sourcing and warehousing to
transportation and distribution.


Coordinate with suppliers in China to manage shipping, customs clearance, and delivery for
international shipments.


Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and
meet delivery timelines.


Monitor daily logistics activities, troubleshoot operational challenges, and ensure smooth and
timely execution.


Continuously improve operational workflows to increase productivity and minimize delays. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, inventory, and delivery schedules. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of
logistics operations.


Prepare detailed reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing corrective actions.


Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding logistics strategies and
performance outcomes.





Qualifications:



Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a strong focus on
international operations.


Extensive knowledge of logistics processes, customs regulations, and global shipping procedures. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office Suite.
