Job Description

- Position Title: Logistics Operations Assistant/ Customer Service Coordinator
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $2,700 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle job orders from internal and external customers.
- Arrange and coordinate import/ export and transhipments according to customer's requirements including its bookings and documentation.
- Work closely with overseas agents/ offices, shipping lines/ co-loaders and vendors to ensure shipments are executed as planned.
- Responsible for shipping operations and documentation.
- Arrange timely collections / Dispatch according to customer's request.
- Ensure timely billing and accuracy of the invoices.
- Attend and respond to customers' inquiries.
- Creation of job files in the Cargowise system, verification of vendor invoices and ensuring timely billing and accuracy of the invoices
- Any other tasks as assigned
- At least 1 year of related working experience.
- Minimum GCE "O" level or its equivalent.
